It was clear that moving to a cloud hosted phone system was the optimal choice for the club, so with between 40 and 60 users, we provided them with 36 cloud licenses with 9 full licenses. For hardware, the club was provided a mixture of Ericsson-LG iPECS 1030s and 1040s handsets with full licenses to use the apps on mobile.

The new system allows the club to have a landline number and make calls from anywhere via that number. By simply installing an app on a mobile device, staff can dial out, or have calls rerouted to their mobile through the business number from any location.
This simple transaction means customers only ever need one number to call, as an auto attendant can direct calls to the relevant departments or group of phones as necessary.
