First, we conducted an initial site survey where our experts assessed the existing setup. Next, we built a fully tailored solution in-house, configuring everything to the customer’s specification before installation. Our team made sure there was a smooth transition by pre-configuring all devices and programming the cloud phone system before arriving on-site.

Our installation team completed the project to timeline, which meant minimal disruption. From conducting the site survey right through to installation, the project was completed within 2-3 weeks. Working closely with Openreach, we managed the broadband setup and performed the installation within a one-week turnaround after broadband activation, getting the site up and running promptly.
