Here at One Connectivity, we require a team-spirited individual who can manage the performance of your own team to acquire new business leads to add to our existing client portfolio. At the same time, you will be responsible for organising account plans to achieve sales target – focusing on growth and retention.

You will be expected to build and manage all aspects of the telesales team by providing analytics and pipeline development while working closely with our Sales Director.

We focus highly on customer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business, you will be conducting reviews on the existing sales, department strategies and analyse areas of improvement to help with our growth plans.

You will have the responsibility of the management and leadership of the internal sales team to achieve growth, sales targets, set KPIs and surpass expectations of customers.

As the Telesales Manager, you will be expected to manage the operations of the Telesales team. You will bring in new sales, while at the same time, assist the Sales team in maintaining good relationships with our existing customers.



  • Experience in a B2B telesales environment
  • The ability to show creative leadership skills
  • Proven track record of leading a telesales team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience of converting businesses opportunities

  • Act as the main point of contact, and to help drive the Telesales team

One Connectivity is pleased to announce the new acquisition of Elite Telecom (Midlands) Limited.

As of the 11th of March 2019, clients of Elite Telecom transferred over to One Connectivity Limited.

We are also delighted to announce that Chris Cowling of Elite Telecoms has joined One Connectivity Limited as part of this acquisition. Chris brings with him many years of management and technical experience, and we are pleased to have him join the business.

One Connectivity launched in late 2013. Over the past 5 years, we have seen successful growth and are proud to be an award-winning Business Telecoms provider, dedicated to working closely with our clients throughout the UK.

‘Every Little Helps’ – Tesco’s slogan, sticks in your mind doesn’t it?

When it comes to the environment and climate change, could every little help? We like to think so and this is why One Connectivity are going to take seven steps within our business to do our bit.


Climate change has become extremely evident; the contrasting weather conditions, air and plastic pollution at all-time highs, landfills reaching capacity and producing dangerous CO2emissions and an increasing number of animals are on the endangered list. It is beyond questioning any more, we cannot ignore it, the message is clear – it is time to act!


At One Connectivity we are prepared to take that leap and encourage our team to do the same. We care about our environment and we know what we can do now will benefit our business, as well as our carbon footprint in the long run. We have researched what we can do and we have put together seven simple steps that any organisation could start to work towards. We hope they help you and your business to Go Green too – it is as easy as setting simple guidelines and adhering to them.



Power Down at Night

Switch off all electricals at the end of the day – this should be second nature, but we are only human and we forget. Set computers to all switch off at a certain time. For ease, have a power strip under the desk and it’s a simple switch off. The simple fact is that one computer left on overnight uses literally pennies worth of energy, but an office of 50 plus is a different story. Car Pool

Why not? Travel to and from work together, to the supermarket at lunch, share the cost or take it in turns to even it out. Equivalently, why not scrap the car altogether on your commute. Walk if you live local or dust off the bike – a little exercise never hurts anyone. Why not set up the Bike2work scheme within your business – check out the perks



Recycle and Go Digital

Paper, cardboard and plastic – to name a few – are used so readily and carelessly in some respects. We should aim to recycle what you can and where you can. Print less and go digital. With computer software we have everything we need – emails, PDF presentations, PDF signature documents and more. All these will aid us in using less paper. If you don’t already, why not have recycling bins readily available for use – if it is within reaching distance, it will get used. People are naturally becoming more mindful about recycling – so show your team your business cares about the environment too.


Energy Efficient Lighting

Using efficient lighting like LED bulbs, is predominantly the way to go. After the initial outlay they become very cost effective and their low energy usage saves money in the long run. Boasting an average of 50,000 hours of light per bulb – surely this is the way to go? The white light also gives a healthier balance if there is limited natural daylight in your workplace, which is equally great for staff productivity.




When you need something for the office, why not check out what you can get that is nearly new? You may need to go the extra mile to find it, but the rewards are just as good to your pocket.



Bring Not Buy

We should all reduce using disposable plastics and cardboard. Drinks is the first place to start, to do this; and at One Connectivity we use and recommend Virgin Pure. The product helps to eliminate the use of kettle and water filters and dispensers. Virgin Pure uses 32% less energy than a kettle and they are 175% cheaper than bottled water, as well as removing all chlorine and bacteria. With this you can remove the disposable cups!


We Need to Keep Learning & Make Progress

There are many more ways to help your carbon footprint, it is about keeping your finger on the pulse and taking that extra step. A checklist of ideas to work through is always beneficial. Work with like-minded businesses and remember being green is very good for business reputation.


Promote your achievements and ideas, for your brand association. It is worth doing – our most recent conscious environmental decision was our expo goodie bags, which are eco-friendly and re-useable and great quality. The bags made a distinct impression on all who took them at our latest expo’s and people we very receptive to the fact that we are trying to make a difference.


There will always be merits in being a green business and there will always be more you can do, but to take that leap is clearly rewarding. The self-gratification is fulfilling, as much as penny-saving in the long run. There are other ways that we can be green within our practice, implementing the latest technology can be extremely advantageous.

A great connection is imperative and with modern technology at the level it is, taking the plunge and updating your phone systems generates success. A huge congratulations to Head of Unified Communications, Steve Hannah, who was awarded the ” The Buttsy Directors Award 2018′

So what is the story behind the award?

As some may be aware, we very sadly lost one of our Directors, Phil Butts, late 2017.

The Directors here at One Connectivity wanted to create this in honour of Phil, so, for the first time ever the four voted for who they felt thoroughly deserved this.

Steve has brought with him many years of experience, his overall performance since joining OC has been outstanding, and his dedication and commitment to the business is second to none.

Not only bringing with him an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise in business phone systems, Steve has been fully committed in sharing and training his team, bringing them up to date and ensuring our team are some of the best within the business telecoms industry.

Paul-Simon. From Engineer to Engineering Manager

Our Engineering Manager Paul-Simon Brown first joined us as an engineer back in February 2017. Just 18 months on, he has developed his skills and progressed through to his current role.

In his previous role, Paul was directly involved in a range of projects and delivering these to the customer with an efficient service. From this, Paul brings real-life experience and knowledge as the Engineering Manager, which is vital in developing One Connectivity’s projects. He now oversees a team of field engineers, technical support staff, and a provisioning team.

Paul utilises his engineering knowledge to manage every project One Connectivity works on, beginning with an initial meeting with the sales team through to the customer’s final approval at the end of the project. He is on hand to ensure the solution is implemented smoothly and that his team has the support they need to make this happen.

Being part of such an important and highly-valued department at One Connectivity is one of the main aspects that Paul enjoys about his role, he expressed:

I feel extremely lucky and privileged to be part of a successful and growing team within One Connectivity. I began as our sole engineer and now head up a fantastic engineering team which has grown immensely in the time I’ve been here. This team will continue to grow and I look forward to developing each members’ skill sets and working with them to further their own careers with One Connectivity.


Paul Stevenson, Managing Director at One Connectivity, also said:

It has been fantastic to see how much Paul has developed in the relatively short time he has been at One Connectivity.
